Today our Azalea City Church of God family lost a very faithful and precious member, Ms.Rhea Armentrout. For 34 years, she faithfully served and loved this church with her whole heart. For over 20 of those years, she quietly and faithfully helped clean and care for the house of God, never seeking recognition, simply serving because she loved the Lord.

She loved to pray, worship, and spend time in God’s presence. She found joy in the simple beauties of life — tending to her garden, being outdoors, relaxing at the beach, and loving on her fur babies.

Your chair on the front row will never look the same to us again. Every time we see it, we will remember a life well lived, a faithful servant, and a woman who loved God deeply.

Her faithfulness, servant’s heart, and gentle spirit left a mark on so many lives. Though our hearts are heavy today, we rejoice knowing she is now in the presence of the Savior she loved so dearly.

“Well done, good and faithful servant.” – Matthew 25:23

Please keep her family, friends, and our church family in your prayers during this difficult time.

Serving the community! 🌭🍔

Our Ray City Campus had the opportunity to serve the 5th Grade Teachers & Students at Pinegrove Elementary today, and it is always better when we serve together, so Kid's Ministry leaders from both campuses got involved! 👏🏼👏🏼

We loved getting to share the light of Jesus in a very simple and practical way by grilling out and serving food. We love our community! ❤️

What a special Mother’s Day we had at Azalea City! 🌸

We want to give a heartfelt thank you to Ms. Darlene Landreth for coming and delivering such an on-time word. We are so thankful for her obedience to speak what the Lord laid on her heart. Her message was encouraging, challenging, and exactly what so many needed to hear.

We are also incredibly blessed by all the mothers in our congregation. Thank you for your love, sacrifice, prayers, and the way you pour into your families and our church.
