Thank you for Pastor Glenn from Pantano Christian Church for coming to talk to us today about going deeper into our faith. Here are the 5 steps that he gave to us for going deeper into our faith:
1. Obey God's commands
2. Surround yourself with good people. "Your relationships determine the direction and quality of your life." =Andy Stanley
3. Spiritual disciple: read your Bible and pray
4. Serve. Serve where it isn't comfortable...where you have to trust God
5. When you hit hard circumstances trust in God, that's when He will deepen your faith

Thanks to everyone who came to "What Even Matters" today. We had around 300 kids come and listen to a fellow student who has also had trouble with why bad things happen to good people. She gave a great message on her experiences with this and what it means to her. Join us again tomorrow in the aux gym for another lesson by Pastor Brian from Pantano Christian Chuch.
