Congratulations Bishop-Elect Justin Grimm! God Bless your ministry as our Synod Bishop!

The Rev. Justin Grimm has been elected to a six-year term as bishop of the Saint Paul Area Synod! He currently serves as the synod's director for evangelical mission and assistant to the bishop for congregational vitality, a position he’s held since 2015. He previously served as lead pastor at Advent Lutheran Church in Lake Ann, Mich., after first serving as the mission developer. He is a graduate of Northwestern College, Iowa and Luther Seminary. He was ordained in 2005. Bishop-Elect Grimm will succeed The Rev. Patricia Lull, who is completing her second term as bishop. An installation service will be held Sept. 13.

Our spring rummage sale is just around the corner!

Join us on Friday, April 24, 4:00-7:00 PM & Saturday, April 25, 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM for the sale. Our ministry partner, Eternal Flame Lutheran Church, will again be hosting their egg roll fundraiser during sale hours.

If you have items to donate to the sale they may be brought to CSLC beginning on Monday, April 20. Please note that we will NOT accept furniture, electronics, appliances, large wall hangings (or anything that Goodwill would not accept).

Join us tomorrow evening for Ash Wednesday worship at 7:00 PM as we observe the beginning of another Lenten season.

Each Wednesday during the season of Lent we will have a contemplative service at 7:00 PM.

Next Wednesday, February 25, join us for a soup supper at 6:00 PM. All are invited and all are welcome!
