Crossroads Women's Ministry, Vacaville

Crossroads Women's Ministry, Vacaville Connecting women of all ages and diversity in order to equip & enrich our lives w/ Christ. To develop our relationships with our community and one another.

Connection! It’s just another word for building relationships, but it's what we crave…relationship with God and relationships with one another. That inner desire drives us toward seeking and investing in relationships. Our purpose and mission at Crossroads Womens Ministry is simple, outlined in three priorities:
1) Outreach
2) Connection
3) Fellowship

We offer opportunities where you can con

nect and hopefully, build some of the strongest, God centered relationships, and deepest friendships of your life. "Therefore, as you received Christ Jesus the Lord, so walk in him, rooted and built up in him and established in the faith, just as you were taught, abounding in thanksgiving." Colossions 2:7-8

"Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all that I have commanded you. And behold, I am with you always, to the end of the age.”
Matthew 28: 19-20

Breathe: Making Room for Sabbath by Priscilla Shirer

Date: July 10th
Ends: August 14th
Time: 9-11am
Location: Ministry Center A
Cost: $23 (You will receive your workbook at the first meeting.)

One of the greatest challenges among women in our culture is taking time to cease from all the activities and just breathe. We are in bo***ge to busyness. We constantly strive to complete the limitless to-do lists that hinder us from experiencing all that God has for us. By neglecting time for tranquility, serenity, and repose, we limit our Christlikeness and miss out on some of God's greatest gifts. In this Bible study by Priscilla Shirer, we'll learn that Sabbath was given to the Israelites as a gift, and it is still a gift to us today. If you are weary, worn out, and exhausted, then the concept of Sabbath will change your life.

Benefits:

Build margin back into your life for God.
View the Sabbath as a gift for the weary, worn out, and exhausted.
Set boundaries for yourself if you must always be doing something for God.

About the Study
“None of the good promises the LORD had made to the house of Israel failed. Everything was fulfilled.” Joshua 21:45

The book of Joshua chronicles God’s continuing faithfulness to fulfill His covenant promises to Abraham. It is a book of transitions, in which Joshua rises to leadership and the people of God step across the Jordan into the long-awaited land of promise. The task of possessing the land will test the limits of their strength and their courage, but God’s covenant will not fail them. And Joshua’s faithful example will whisper toward the perfect faithfulness of Christ Himself.

In this 10-session, verse-by-verse study of the book of Joshua, Jen Wilkin helps us see how God’s commands, though sometimes difficult, are always rooted in His steadfast love for His people. Israel’s story is our story. We battle not against flesh and blood as they did, but we courageously war against the temptations of the world, the flesh, and the devil, trusting in the finished work of the true and better Joshua, Jesus Christ.

You’re invited to a Galentine’s Day Tea Party with the Crossroads Moms Group!
Join us for a relaxed and joy-filled evening of connection, conversation, and food as we celebrate friendship and community together. 🫖

This will be a potluck-style tea party, so please bring a small dish you’d typically enjoy at a tea—think finger foods, sweet treats, or savory bites you might see at a traditional tea party (scones, tea sandwiches, small bites, pastries, cookies, etc.).
🎩 Fun extras (optional but encouraged!):
Feel free to wear a festive or fancy hat—and if you have a favorite teacup at home, bring it along to sip in style!

Come as you are, bring a mom friend if you’d like, and enjoy a cozy night out with other moms. We can’t wait to gather with you and celebrate Galentine’s Day together.

Childcare is available in Room 4 for $5 per child.

With love,
Crossroads Moms Group

IF:Table (2026 Monthly Gatherings)
Registration is open

Another session of IF:Table is starting now (in October) and in January 2025. We invite you to join an IF:Table group today! Please answer each registration question. If you have other information or details to add that are not indicated in a question, please add the information to the last question under: ADDITIONAL NOTES

What is IF:Table? It's connected to IF:Gathering and it's purpose is discipleship. Women discipling women.

IF:Table is a tool to help connect women. It's 6 women gathered together, discussing 4 questions, over 2 hours, while they share a meal (Acts 2:46). The simplest way to cut through the small talk and start building the relationships that God wants us to have.

What are benefits to participating in IF:Table?:

Creates a regular rhythm of connecting with a group of women
Helps you to stop defaulting to your usual small talk, fight past the awkward, and find authenticity
Gives opportunities for God to display His love to other women through you
Opens your eyes to living a more connected life to all the people in your places
It's really fun!!

If you have any questions, please contact Tammi at [email protected] or contact the Church Office at 707-446-9838.
