WHAT IS GOD’S CLOSET
God’s Closet is a children’s clothing ministry that collects and then distributes new and gently used children’s clothes to families.

Twenty-five families, representing sixty-six children visited with us March 22, 2026, and participated in God’s Closet FREE SHOPPING DAY. We are now accepting donations of clean useable children’s clothing New Born to size 12 to refill our storage bins. We also accept clean useable clothing for teens and adult, which we pass-on to Pastor Gilbert Limones at the Casa El Shaddia Church. He then takes the clothing to Uvalde’s homeless.
We are looking forward to our next FREE SHOPPING DAY in September 2026.

Our doors will open at 10:00 a.m. this Sunday morning March 22nd. We have a lot of children's clothing; from New Born to age 12. Bring a friend and join us for our FREE Shopping day.

We enjoyed meeting the families who shopped at the God’s Closet FREE Shopping day September 14th .

When we finished repacking our storage bins we had 20 empty bins; we had started the day with children’s clothing from 60 bins. During the event we received enough donated clothing to refill those 20 bins. Praise the LORD. Donations have continued to arrive.

A number of shoppers indicated on their registration cards, that they were interested in Bible study. We are meeting with God’s Closet shoppers, Thursdays at 6:30 p.m. at 121 Ruth Street, Uvalde, TX. in our Green building next to the Seventh day Adventist church. Everyone is invited to join this Bible study.

Tomorrow's the day. Come one come all to our FREE Shop day, at 121 Ruth Street, 10:00 am. Seventh day Adventist church (formerly Springs of Mercy). This is an inside event, look for the FREE KIDS CLOTHES sign. Park in our parking lot and come on in.
