In June of 1859, the members of Green Brier dedicated a new church building that had been under construction for over a year. We believe that part of that 1859 frame is still with us today.

Green Brier has a long history of serving the Utica area. But we are just as excited about the future. We invite all families and friends to experience this beautiful and historic setting. You will find a place to serve, grow and learn at Green Brier!

The picnic shelter is in tip-top shape for tomorrow's picnic, thanks to our hard-working crew! Come out and join us for hamburgers and hot dogs after church this Sunday, June 6!

Be our guest at the Green Brier church picnic this Sunday afternoon, June 6th. The grill will be fired up, and we will save you a seat in our cozy picnic shelter. Bring your family and friends and kick the summer off with us! Church starts at 11 and the picnic happens around noon! Jackie Perkins

Congratulations to Willis and Sharon McClure for completing the discipleship training program "A Call to Joy." They began the study in March and have been meeting regularly with Pastor Jackie Perkins to review the lessons. The program challenged Willis and Sharon to study the Bible more closely, take better sermon notes and journal, and both say their faith has been strengthened by what they learned. "I went from reading scripture to actually studying, and I am much more comfortable sharing God's Word with others," Willis said. Sharon says the couple's confidence has grown so much that they often witness to restaurant servers and have prayer with them.

Easter Sunday was extra special at Green Brier last week as we celebrated the resurrection of Jesus Christ! We also surpassed our attendance goal and debuted our new projector screen. Services are safe, and we invite you to join us as soon as you can!

Green Brier will be open for worship this Sunday! We will have Sunday School and worship services at regular times: 10 & 11 a.m. The sidewalks look good and the church will be ready for you!
