Tomorrow, Wednesday, September 2nd is FREE grocery day!! We will be providing free groceries to families in need. If you or someone you know is in need of food relief, stop by New Point Church from 12:30-2:30pm.

We are located at 3201 99th Street, Urbandale. A volunteer will come out to your car to assist you. This program is available to anyone. Each week we have a variety of fresh foods, produce, meat and dairy products while supplies last!

Maybe you need this reminder today or maybe someone you love does.

There is no distance you can wander that makes God stop pursuing you. You may feel far away. You may feel like you’ve made too many mistakes. You may wonder if God still sees you, still hears you, or still wants you. He does.

Jesus tells us about a Shepherd who goes looking for the one who has wandered. And when He finds that sheep, He doesn’t shame it for getting lost, He picks it up and carries it home. That’s the heart of God toward you.

And if you ever wonder whether He really loves you, look again at the cross.
Your circumstances may leave you with questions.
Your life may not look the way you thought it would.
There may still be things you’re struggling to understand.

But you can settle this:
You are loved.
You are seen.
God is still pursuing you.
And the cross proves it.

Following Jesus isn’t just believing in Him—it’s arranging our lives around Him. If we want to become like Jesus, we have to put Him first, practice His way, and prioritize His people. We don’t do these things to earn God’s love; we do them because He already loves us. Our duty is obedience; the results belong to God.

On Wednesday, September 2nd, from 6:00–7:00 PM, we'll gather for an evening of heartfelt worship and intentional prayer as we seek God's presence and prepare our hearts for the season ahead.

Whether you've been attending for years or are new to our church family, everyone is welcome. Come expectant, be encouraged, and let's unite in worship as one body in Christ.

Join us this Sunday, August 30th at 10am for our 5th Sunday Celebration!

Whenever a month has a 5th Sunday, we love to pause and celebrate what God is doing in our church family. Sunday, August 30th will be a special one as we wind down the summer season and get ready to transition to the fall.

This special service will include powerful worship together, stories and testimonies of God’s faithfulness, and a shared meal together afterwards.

These moments are always some of the most meaningful in our church's life because they remind us that God is still changing lives.

Join us we celebrate what God has been doing here at New Point Church. What a beautiful day to celebrate new life, a new season, and God’s faithfulness together.
