Such a joy worshipping and celebrating with all in attendance this joyful Holy Trinity Sunday! We give thanks and praise for Pr. Paul Chapman and the work he has done with the ministries of St. Matt’s, and wish him blessings in his retirement and adventures to come.

A great afternoon for a Hops n’ Hymns gathering at Riggs Brewery with our sister congregations Grace Lutheran Church, Champaign, IL and Good Shepherd Lutheran Church, ELCA!!

My life flows on in endless song; above earth’s lamentations, I catch the sweet, though far off hymn that hails a new creation. No storm can shake my inmost calm while to that rock I’m clinging. Since Christ is Lord of Heaven and earth, how can I keep from singing?
