Pulse was more than a nightclub. It was a place of joy, belonging, community, and refuge. We honor those whose lives were taken 10 years ago on June 12, 2016, and we hold close the survivors, loved ones, and LGBTQIA+ communities forever changed by that night.

May their memory continue to call us toward a world where every person can live openly, safely, and fully as themselves.

Join us in person or online for "Beyond the Butterfly Effect" on Sunday June 14th at 10:15 am.

In chaos theory, there is a concept that small, seemingly insignificant changes and events can have far reaching implications. Our UU values of interdependence and transformation in many ways reflect this idea: we all need each other in order to make any lasting change, and lasting change and transformation are created by the many small acts we do together. In this service, Rev. Beth invites us to engage in imaginative play as we go beyond science (and science fiction) to imagine the world of mutual thriving we are creating right here and now.

The nursery will be open for little ones five and under.

The youngest astronaut in space, one of the first women in space, and overall icon who did all she could to make a difference, Sally Ride was an incredible astronaut and scientist. She was a very private person, and it was not discovered that she was LGBTQ until after her death in 2012.

Join us for our annual flower ceremony, when we celebrate the pluralism of our community and the ways in which our many different gifts contribute to our mutual flourishing. Bring flowers to share for our communal bouquets and stay after service for our annual meeting and potluck.

Be sure to bring a flower for the flower ceremony, a dish to share after service, and a smile as we vote on next years budget!
