With heavy hearts, the Board of Trustees of Carroll Lutheran School announces the difficult decision to close for the 2026-2027 school year.
This decision was not made lightly. It came only after many months of prayer, thoughtful discussion, and careful consideration of every possible path forward. Throughout this process, our foremost concern has been for our students, families, faculty, and staff, whose lives have been shaped by this school and whose dedication has made Carroll Lutheran School a place of faith, learning, and community.
We are deeply grateful to the many churches, congregations, donors, volunteers, alumni, parents, and friends who have faithfully supported this ministry over the years. Your prayers, generosity, and commitment have allowed generations of students to grow in faith and knowledge, and that legacy will continue to impact lives for years to come.
While declining enrollment and ongoing financial challenges ultimately led to this difficult decision, we remain profoundly thankful for the countless lives touched through the ministry of Carroll Lutheran School.
We ask that you continue to keep our students, families, faculty, staff, and the entire Carroll Lutheran School community in your prayers as we walk through this transition together.
