Some battles don't happen in the streets, on your job, or even in your relationships.

Some battles happen in your mind.

You can love God, serve faithfully, show up for everybody else, and still find yourself wrestling with fear, discouragement, exhaustion, and thoughts you never thought you would have.

That is exactly where we find Elijah in 1 Kings 19:1-5. Just after experiencing one of the greatest victories of his life, he finds himself tired, overwhelmed, and ready to quit.

Maybe you've been there.

Maybe you've been carrying things nobody knows about.

Maybe you're tired of being strong.

Maybe you're smiling on the outside while fighting a war within.
