Bethany was a small village less than two miles from Jerusalem on the road to Jericho just beyond the ridge of the Mount of Olives. Mary and Martha, sisters, with their brother Lazarus lived in Bethany, and this story indicates that Jesus knew the family well. As Jesus journeyed to and from Jerusalem, He stopped in Bethany to rest from his travels, perhaps lodging overnight at the home of these friends (Luke 10:38; John 12:1; Matt. 21:17; Mark 11:11).

As Jesus prepared to journey to Jerusalem for the last time before his crucifixion, He sent seventy disciples, two by two, ahead of him as advance messengers along the route He intended to take (Luke 9:51; 10:1). Jesus compared the people to a field of ripe grain ready to be harvested, but the laborers or reapers were few. He told the disciples to pray for more workers. As He sent these disciples on their way, Jesus told them they would be in danger as lambs among wolves (Luke 10:2-3).

What an incredible time we had at our annual men’s conference!

Over 60 men came together, and God truly moved in the place.

We checked all the boxes:
• Mental Health ✅
• Physical Health ✅
• An all-Bishop’s roundtable answering deep, real questions ✅
• An altar call where true deliverance and healing took place ✅

A huge thank you to our phenomenal presenters, Bishop David Rhone and Bishop Terence Rhone. Special shoutout to the men of Mt Sinai COGIC, who showed up in big numbers to support this conference. It was absolutely awesome!
