Our praise isn’t birthed out of a theology, upbringing, or tradition. It’s birthed out of the ravenous, boastful, clamorously foolish, celebratory response of those who were once orphans, that have now been called sons and daughters. Those who have found home in the arms of the Father have something worth shouting about!

Set your dignity aside, and Praise Him for His faithfulness!

“Not enough is more than enough in the hands of God.”
- Anthony Gurrola

When anguish tries to take your breath away, the blood of Jesus speaks a better word, demanding your anxieties bow before Him.

When anguish tries to take your breath away, align your breathing with the Lord, and get into proximity with others who know how to breathe.

Fixate on Jesus, and breathe again.

What a privilege it was to have Anthony Gurrola with us last night for our July Summer Nights service.

Thank you for reminding us to breathe in deep the tender mercy of our loving God!

One year ago today Pastor Mike Hoverson crossed the threshold of heaven into an eternity of worship face to face with his King.

Pastor Mike burned brightly for the Kingdom, living every day on purpose with one purpose; to see Jesus capture the hearts and rescue the souls of men, women, and children.

Today we honor, remember, and celebrate the life of this amazing man of God. We carry the torch of legacy, and strive to be the ekklesia, the called out ones, Jesus died for us to be. To be people with a heart for God, desperate to worship Him, and to serve one another, in the same way Pastor Mike did every day.

One of the greatest stories of forgiveness told in scripture takes place with 2 simple words:
“Brother Saul” (Acts 9:17)

Saul of Tarsus wreaked havoc on the early church. Seeing to the arrests of believers, hunting and executing Christians, his name would have struck both fear and pain in even the bravest of men.

Ananias was a disciple devoted to the Lord’s leading. Sent by God to lay hands on Saul after he had encountered the Lord, that Saul might receive his sight back, be filled with the Holy Spirit, and be sent as God’s chosen vessel.

After all the damage Saul had done, how could he have deserved God OR Ananias’s mercy?

How did Saul deserve to see again, while others still go blind?

How did Saul deserve more power and authority from the Holy Spirit, after his years of spiritual abuse.

How did Saul deserve to be a part of this family and community, after hunting them in the streets?

How did Saul deserve forgiveness for the pain he had caused?

The simple answer is.. he didn’t deserve it. Neither did Ananias, and neither did you or I.

God doesn’t give us what we deserve, He gives us what He deserved.

When we offer others the same forgiveness offered us, it frees us from the prisons we create within our secret thoughts of offense.

It becomes a pathway to freedom from the bo***ge of our past wounds.

When we choose to no longer return evil for evil, but instead bless those who have hurt us. We give room for the blessing of redemption to begin to take place in our own lives.

Forgiveness is not dependent on someone else’s apology or their reception. It is only dependent on our obedience to become more like our Savior.

Don’t let the pain of your past, dictate another day of your future. Be free, free indeed!

When Father’s intentionally lead their homes in the way of the Kingdom, generational curses stand no chance against the generational blessing a healthy household releases. Heaven is established in the earth one home at a time.

We can’t wait to celebrate Father’s Day with all the Dad’s of the house this Sunday! Grab your Pop’s and worship with us at 10am.
