Have you thought about coming along to our women’s group but have missed the first two meetings?

Haven’t had time to read this week’s chapter? Don’t even have the book yet?

That’s okay. Come anyway ♥️ Tonight, Trinity Church, 7.30 PM. The door at the side of the building should be open—if not, give the bell a ring. We’ll be meeting in the lounge, right across the hall from the bathrooms.

📣 Our next Skene Kirk Hymn Sing is TONIGHT!

Join us tonight, Friday 2nd October at 6:00 p.m., for a joyful (free!) evening of hymn singing, led by singer and hymn-writer Greg de Blieck of New Scottish Hymns!

This time, we’ll be singing a wonderful mix of much-loved classic hymns along with beautiful new and modern hymns—bringing together the rich heritage of the Church’s hymnody with fresh songs being written for the Church today.

Whether you’ve been singing hymns your whole life or have never sung one before, you are warmly invited. Come and enjoy an evening of music, fellowship and worship in the beautiful historic setting of Skene Kirk.

And afterwards, everyone is invited to Milne Hall for a delicious complimentary supper of stovies, along with drinks and fellowship together. ❤️

🌿 Our Women’s Group has begun!

Yesterday evening was a lovely first meeting of our newly started Women’s Group—a time of reflection, conversation, and sharing together, inspired by the first chapter of Sensible Shoes by Sharon Garlough Brown.

Several women have been in touch to ask whether they can come along to future meetings even though they missed the first one. Yes, absolutely!

There’s no need to have attended from the beginning. Come along to whichever sessions you’re able to make, and you’ll be very welcome.

📖 Our next meeting:
Monday 5 October 2026
🕢 7.30 p.m.
📍 Trinity Church, Westhill

We’d love to see you there!
