Today - I have lost a total of 82 pounds from my high. 45 more to go. I feel so much better and have brought my sugars into normal ranges. All of this in a year where I have been flat on my butt due to a botched hip surgery since March! I am looking forward to wearing a favorite shirt that I will soon be able to fit into. Thank you Jackie for helping me do this. I love you!

Once upon a time groups from all over would come and serve the people of Indian River County and of Vero Beach. Well- Vero Beach needs those same people to help again.

Watch this video to see the devastation of our beloved Vero Beach and then click the link below. 100% of all funds raised will go directly to helping the residents of Vero Beach.

All donations can be made through Venmo, PayPal, or mail. Just write “Milton” in the memo and 100% of your giving will go directly to rebuilding our Community. Don’t forget to share this post!

Hi friends-
Many of you have heard about the devastation that Hurricane Milton has brought to Florida over the past week. Later tonight we plan to show you the devastation our very own Vero Beach has experienced, and more importantly, how you can help.

Stay tuned.
