WOW!! 😲😲😲
What an amazing day. Thank ya Jesus!
We spent the day serving, shining, and making connects in Covington, Ga. First I met Jim Tudor from Red Cross Disaster Relief for lunch at Stalvey's Restaurant, which was great. I ate wayyyy too much, but it was worth every calorie. YUMMY!! 😋🥰
From Stalveys, we met with Clara Bett of Rainbow Ministries, Tonya, Cheryl, and Robert at Repairers of the Breech, and we also visited the new warming shelter on Washington St. I learned more about the tent encampment locations in the area and will be able to deliver supplies to them now. 🥳🙌🌎
One of the highlights of the day was meeting an AWESOME guy named GARY. Gary stands on Hwy 278 daily, rain or shine, beside a sign propped up with an old battery. He prays over anyone who wants to take a rest in the chair he has placed beside the rickety wooden sign. He and his sign are a reminder of the love of JESUS. His testimony and why he stands in the cold, rain, or shine sharing the message of Jesus is in the video. His card is shared as well. If you ever want to join him, I am sure he would love to have you!! 😇🙌❤️
We were able to distribute some BOMBAS socks, coats, and blankets. Thanks to BOMBAS and David Pace of Helping the Elderly Ministries.
