The miraculous nature of conquering the Promised Land (Joshua) is comparable to the impressive departure from Egypt (Exodus). In a similar way the growth of our Christian lives is as awesome as our salvation.

Special update. Uganda - Pastor Mubiru worked hard preparing for the last African seminar . Remember how 30+ pastors were jailed overnight? The government is very sensitive to protestors - often abusing their power. Some riot police attacked Pastor Mubiru with tear gas as he was coming out of the bank, taking his money, wallet and passport. He is to be married next week but now very weak in the hospital.

After conducting 3 three–day seminars, it was great to simple attend the Spiritual Leadership Conference by the Blackaby family. Here is one quote on prayer.
"The prayer life of the Christian is the true gauge of all the the rest of their life... The outer activity never rises above the inner life of prayer." – Charles Cook
