We use resources from Illustrated Ministry to grow love (for God, neighbor, creation, and so much more) in the hearts and minds of the kids who join us. Join us for dinner any Wednesday night!

This month Community Dinner is gathering around a meal (seafood boil!) and a night of music and stories. Join us and local PNW musician Stephen DeTray, for an evening Rooted in the Blues! Sharing a meal provides a unique opportunity for people from diverse backgrounds to come together and experience the power and value of community.
Q: Is it a potluck?
A: Nope, this dinner is provided for us. Sit back and relax! But feel free to bring donations of individually packaged healthy snacks and treats for The Coffee Oasis!
Q: What do we do - just eat?
A: each month has a theme, this month the theme is MUSIC. We'll hear songs and stories from Stephen DeTray and share in the gift of music together!
Q: Are kids welcome?
A: Yep! we'll have a special kids area with some teen helpers and an activity, but you are also welcome to keep them with you.
Q: Do I need to RSVP?
A: You do if you want to eat! Register here!
Q: Is this religious?
A: Nope! But we sure are grateful for Fircrest Church letting us use their space!
Q: What should I wear?
A: It's gonna be hot and we'll be outside so dress accordingly! Bring a lawn chair if you can!

Join us for some summer fun & games while getting to know new folks and deepening relationships. Community dinner is a non-religious event that makes space to enjoy the simple pleasures of good food, good company, and good conversation.

BYO lawn chairs and enjoy a friendly game of corn hole, bocce ball, and other lawn games! Hot dogs, potato salad, watermelon, and otter pops for dinner!

Sharing a meal provides a unique opportunity for people from diverse backgrounds to come together and experience the power and value of community. In an age of increasing isolation, community dinner invites us into relationships. In an age of increasing polarization, community dinner invites us to share a meal with people we may not always agree with, and that is a pretty radical act of love. RSVP here!

A: Nope, this picnic dinner is provided for us. Sit back and relax! But feel free to bring some donations for the food bank!

A: each month has a theme, this month the theme is SUMMER You'll join a picnic blanket and a host will guide a fun, informal, discussion around this theme.

A: Yep! we'll have a special kids area with some teen helpers and an activity, but you are also welcome to keep them with you.
