There are times in our life when we feel that we have strayed too far. In the story of the Prodigal Son, a man had left his family in search of something more. However, he realized that where he belonged was back home. But he was afriad they wouldn't accept him. However, in reaction to his return, his father ran to him and rejoiced.

God will rejoice in our return! He will welcome us back with open arms. We are His children and He loves us. You have never strayed far enough where his light can't shine.

Joseph Smith was a 14 year old boy who had a question. He was wondering what church to join. He prayed and asked God to direct Him.

Suddenly appeared two personages, one saying to the other, "This is my Beloved Son. Hear Him".

In our own life we have questions and need direction. Like Joseph Smith we can pray to God to find those answers. As we listen we will find the answer that God has for us.

There are millions of things coming at us everyday. It can be easy to become worried about all the things happening around us.

In Matthew 6:28, Jesus says, "Consider the lilies of the field, how they grow; they toil not, neither do they spin". Jesus was telling His followers to not worry about the little things but to focus on Him.

In life, we can let go and chose to follow Him. We can put our trust in Him that it will all work out.

Happy Mother's day to every mother out there!

One of the most significant mother role model from the scriptures is Mary. It was hard for her to hear the news from an angel that she would bare God's son. She must have been terrified! But because she continued in faith, we now have a Savior, Jesus Christ.

To every mother... I love you! Hold fast to your faith and know that blessings will flow!

Just as a shepherd knows those under his care, Jesus Christ knows us individually.
He knows our worth.
He knows our struggles.
He knows our weaknesses.
He knows our strengths.
He knows our insecurities.
He knows what brings us joy.
He knows who we can become... because of Him.
