This Sunday (5/31) is a BIG Sunday for us as a church as we will be planting (sending out) a brand new church with a brand new pastor born out of our GBC church body...to CLARKSVILLE, TENNESSEE!! We will also be recognizing all of our High School, College, and Greentown Bible Institute graduates on Sunday as well. Please pray that our graduates excel in their great accomplishments and for our six families and their new pastor as they begin this EXCITING new life-changing adventure two States away in the place that the Lord has called them to go and plant!

We will be having an ordination service this Sunday morning @ 10:15 and then ordaining our dear brother Jake Allen as pastor of the gospel ministry and shepherd of the flock of God. Jake will pastor and transition 6 families from Greentown Baptist Church to begin Mission Harvest Baptist Church in Clarksville, Tennessee (joining at least 4 more families awaiting their arrival in Tennessee already for this church start). Jake's ordination (soon to be pastor Jake) will be followed next week with our sendout of those families and their new pastor. We'd love to have you join us to celebrate and support this WONDERFUL new pastor of God as well as these precious families who are setting out from us on this GREAT mission for God!

We just concluded our 1st ever Men's Retreat weekend with over 60 men in attendance being strengthened through singing, fellowship, and strong preaching of the Word of God about being men of God. Thank you pastor Mike Blake for your investment in us!!! Join us tomorrow morning @ 10:15 @ GBC as Pastor Mike will be preaching tomorrow's service concluding our weekend together. Come on out, you won't want to miss it!
