Sunday evening (7pm) LBC will open this New Year with a Revival opportunity for anyone who is looking for God to give them a fresh start. EZEKIEL 36:26 “A new heart also will I give you, and a new spirit will I put within you: and I will take away the stony heart out of your flesh, and I will give you an heart of flesh.” I would like to encourage everyone to enter tonight praying for Revival. Here are some good things to consider when you pray.
1. PRAY FOR YOURSELF TO CATCH THE FIRE OF REVIVAL.
2. DRIFTERS TO DOCK ONCE AGAIN WITH THE CAPTAIN OF THE SHIP.
3. THE FIRE OF REVIVAL TO FALL ON THOSE WHO ARE HUNGRY AND THIRSTY.
4. THOSE WHO ARE LOST.
5. SPIRITUAL RENEWAL.
6. PRAY FOR CONVICTION, CONFESSION AND REPENTANCE.

I want to say how humbled I am for the love that Lakeside Baptist Church bestowed upon me and my family today during Pastor Appreciation today. Each speaker spoke from their heart and it meant so much to hear their appreciation for the ministry that God has entrusted to us at Lakeside. Time will not allow me to thank each and everyone of you but just know from the bottom of our hearts, Rhonda and I are thankful that God is using us to serve our community through LBC. I surrender all. Is it the missing link in your life? So many surrender to salvation but fail to allow Jesus to be Lord of all. This morning I invite anyone who is not attending any other church to join us as we learn how Jesus can turn our Tears into Telescopes, Matthew 5:4. The greatest sorrow is not what you might think. Even though we all face great sorrow especially when losing a loved one, the greatest sorrow is when someone dies without having a relationship with Jesus Christ. Jesus wants the church to be broken and mourn for the lost today. It seems like our altars are missing the tears of those broken hearted for the lost today.
