We are currently in our summer schedule. No Wednesday night activities.

With Jesus Christ as the basis of our belief and strength, we want to express our love for God through worshiping Him, through enjoying the family of God, through telling the world about Jesus, though loving all people, through teaching God’s word in order to obey everything He has commanded.

During June, we're taking a brief break from our study of the Gospel of Mark and spending four Sundays in the Book of Ruth. We are excited to begin this journey together!

The book of Ruth is a beautiful reminder that even in seasons of bitterness, uncertainty, and hardship, God is at work. His providence is never absent, His promises never fail, and His grace often shines brightest in the darkest moments.

When life feels bitter, God is still good.

Join us each Sunday as we discover how God's faithfulness transforms tragedy into hope and points us to our Redeemer, Jesus Christ. We hope you'll be with us for this encouraging series through Ruth!

Don't miss FBC SUMMER

Starring the FBC Union church staff that's just trying to survive Vacation Bible School, youth camp, plumbing issues, broken copy machines, complaints, and that one member who always says, "Can you announce this?" 30 seconds before announcements.

Will they ever adjust the thermostat? IT'S COLD IN HERE! but I brought my blanket.
Will Bro. Michael finish his sermon before there is open mutiny in the nursery?
Will Bro. Luke ever sing the song I always ask him to sing?
Will Bro. Nathan win the disc golf world cup?
Will Brooke respond to your text message or remember to call you back?
How is Bro. Michael's hand all the way on Bro. Luke's left shoulder?

Yes sir...it's high drama on Netflix this summer.

FBC Summer is brought to you by the El Bravo Double Cheese Burger. It's a good burger.

You can sit in church every Sunday and still reject Christ

In Mark 12, Jesus is not in a back alley somewhere engaging pagans or atheists. He is in the Temple confronting religious folks.

People who knew the Bible.
People who attended worship.
People who looked righteous on the outside.

Jesus tells a story that exposes a terrifying reality:
You can want God's blessings, God's gifts, and even God's kingdom while rejecting God's Son.

The religious leaders heard this parable and immediately realized Jesus was talking about them.

The question is...what if He is not just talking about THEM? What if WE are in the crosshairs of Jesus' message?

This Sunday, we're walking through one of the most confrontational parables Jesus ever told. Are you ready to be confronted? We rarely are, but when Christ confronts us, it is His grace. He is giving us the opportunity to repent and run to Him.

Come ready to examine your heart.

We'll see you at FBC Union this Sunday at 8:30am or 11am. Bring your Bible...Mark 12:1-12!
