This Sunday, May 31, we're honoring our pastor of 19 years, Rev. Candy Arwood! ❤️🎉 Joining us for this celebration is Rev. Mickey Umbehant as our guest speaker.

Rev. Mickey and his family are longtime friends of UPWC. We're excited to have them back in service with us again.

Service will begin at 10:30 a.m. and lunch will be served afterward in the fellowship hall.

We want to give a HUGE shout-out to one of our members, Wayne Yates.

Brother Wayne has numerous crafty skills, and he is always willing to lend them in service to Union Point Worship Center. Recently, Brother Wayne painted the entirety of the inside of our sanctuary. He's got us looking great and shiny like new!

We appreciate Brother Wayne and his willingness to help keep UPWC looking and functioning in a great manner. His work at our church does not go unnoticed or unappreciated! He has a servant's heart and we are lucky to have him at UPWC!

Following yesterday's service, our church board - Pastor Candy Arwood, Deacon Wayne Long, and Deacon Robert Evans - announced the appointment of Sis. Michelle Gleaton as our church's assistant secretary!

Sis. Michelle has been a faithful member of UPWC and we're excited to see her flourish in this role. We believe God is going to use her in a special way!

We celebrated the lovely mothers who help make Union Point Worship Center a wonderful place! Happy Mother's Day to all the mothers. We pray it is an amazing day for each of you.

A mother's love is like God's love on Earth. At Union Point Worship Center, we are blessed to have a ton of motherly love each week.

We will celebrate the wonderful mothers in our church family during tomorrow's service. We'd love to have you join us as we honor these special people at 11 a.m.

On Sunday, May 31, we will dedicate our service to honor our pastor, Rev. Candy Arwood. Joining in on the celebration is Rev. Mickey Umbehant as he will be our guest speaker for the day.

Rev. Umbehant is no stranger to UPWC and is a great friend to many in our church. We're looking forward to what God has in store for this occasion.

We'll begin at 10:30 a.m. and have lunch served after the service in the fellowship hall.

Psalm 122:1 says, "I rejoiced with those who said to me, 'Let us go to the house of the Lord.'”

There is no better way to build our faith and strengthen our walk with God than in the house of the Lord. It's a huge blessing being with brothers and sisters in Christ.

Our doors are open to everyone to join us.

We at Union Point Worship Center join the family of Donna Adriance in mourning the loss of a dear sister in Christ.

Donna was connected to UPWC for many years through her family. We were delighted every time Donna and her husband, Bucky, were able to attend service with us. Our entire congregation has been in prayer for them and their family, and we will continue lifting them up. Donna was the daughter-in-law of a beloved member of UPWC, Sister Jean Adriance.

We pray for comfort to all of Donna's family and loved ones. Their faith in the Lord is strong, as was Donna's, and we pray for peace during this time. Please join us in lifting up this family.

Our hearts break today, but we are grateful to know Donna is no longer in pain and now enjoys her heavenly reward.

Celebrate the life of Donna Adriance and join others in sharing memories, stories, and condolences.

This year's spring revival at Union Point Worship Center went differently than we anticipated, but we still enjoyed three wonderful services!

Thanks to all those who came out and joined us. We pray something from this weekend touched your life in some way. We greatly enjoyed hearing fantastic singing and preaching by Pastor Tina Baldwin and the great band Foretold, with band member Luther Queen also delivering the message Saturday night. We finished things off today by singing Happy Birthday to some of our members as well as Foretold's Wayne Downs who spent his birthday with us.

Come be with us again soon! This series of services may be over, but revival will carry on!

This weekend has been nothing short of amazing! And guess what? It's not over!

Spring Revival concludes this morning at 11 a.m. We know God is going to meet us there in a special way.
