We had an amazing Easter service this morning with pastor Michael Jones. We'd love to see you next week! Service starts at 11am.

Because he lives, I can face tomorrow. Because he lives, all fear is gone. Because I know, he holds the future, and life is worth the living just because he lives.

Corinthians 15:3-8:
3 For I delivered unto you first of all that which I also received, how that Christ died for our sins according to the scriptures;
4 And that he was buried, and that he rose again the third day according to the scriptures:
5 And that he was seen of Cephas, then of the twelve:
6 After that, he was seen of above five hundred brethren at once; of whom the greater part remain unto this present, but some are fallen asleep.
7 After that, he was seen of James; then of all the apostles.
8 And last of all he was seen of me also, as of one born out of due time.

g time with her illness but she looks good and we hope she will be improving every day.

Well, the last of the immediate Scoggin family was buried in our cemetery today. Ronald (Bud) has not been well for some time and finally last week he went to be with the Lord. Bud was a medic in the United States Army and retired from Drexel Heritag
e in 2001. He was also an auxiliary deputy sheriff for Burke County from 2976-1995.

Were happy to see the group from ASI Alumni in our service this past Sunday. Michael Bryant brought an inspiring message. Hope to have an even bigger group for the next year reunion which is always the Second Sunday in August.
