EACH SUNDAY: Sunday School for children pre-K through High School @ 10:00 a.m., Worship @ 11:00 a.m. In 1898 we built the first church building.

Union City United Methodist Church began as one of two Methodist churches after the settlement of Union City in 1890 in unassigned lands in the midst of almost 40 federally recognized Native American reservations. Methodist circuit rider Reverend Light shared the gospel and a small group formed. Since then, we rebuilt twice, once due to fire. Our pews today still show the burn marks. Yet we persev

ere as a proud prairie church committed to making disciples of all people. Today UCUMC exists to love our community and keep our doors open to anyone searching for the exciting journey that Jesus the Christ offers to all people. Everyone is welcome here.

We are a congregation that is on the move. Our focus is to promote a family friendly environment and our ministries are geared toward this end. We meet weekly on Sunday, with Sunday school beginning at 10:00 a.m and worship at 11:00 a.m. Union City United Methodist Church operates this page.
