Good morning from Country Lake! 🌅

Today, we're feeling incredibly thankful for our amazing culinary and maintenance teams. This morning, our culinary team cooked breakfast using propane and headlamps — true dedication! 🔥✨

A huge shoutout to our maintenance crew for getting the generators up and running at 2:30 am, ensuring our guests are comfortable after last night's storms left us without power for nine hours. ⚡🙏

Grateful for such hardworking, caring people who go above and beyond. Thank you all for making our community safe and welcoming! 💙

We are incredibly grateful to Lilly Endowment Inc. for its generous grant to Country Lake. We recognize this gift as a blessing from God and are humbled by the way He continues to provide for our ministry. This funding will allow us to expand seating in our dining space and build a new, more inclusive pool so we can better serve individuals with disabilities and the growing number of guests who attend our youth camps.
Through this provision, God is enabling us to continue our mission of connecting people to Jesus, one at a time, by using hospitality, service, and love. As we are reminded in 1 Peter 4:8–10, we are called to love one another deeply, offer hospitality without grumbling, and faithfully use the gifts God has given us to serve others. Thank you for partnering with us in this calling and for investing in the lives of young people. We give all glory to God for what He is doing through this opportunity. 🙏💙
