✨ What a beautiful weekend we shared together. During the powerful planetary alignment on February 28, nine beautiful souls gathered with us here at Nirvana Wakes Church to reconnect with their bodies, their hearts, and their souls.

Our retreats are sacred spaces where people can slow down, breathe, and remember who they truly are. Throughout the weekend we shared a deeply nourishing journey that included:

Sacred plant and animal spirit medicines
Meditation and yoga
Trauma release & breathwork
Healthy organic meals prepared with care
Integration circles and heartfelt connection
The peaceful, sacred surroundings of our church grounds, embraced by trees and nature

There is something truly special that happens when people gather with intention in a safe and loving space. Walls soften. Hearts open. Healing begins. Watching each participant reconnect with themselves and with one another is always a profound reminder of why we do this work.

To the nine beautiful souls who joined us this weekend — thank you for your courage, your openness, and the love you brought into the circle.

🌿 Invitation to Sacred Solstice Sessions 🌿

Dear beautiful souls,

As we move through all that this year has brought us, I’m opening space at Nirvana Wakes Church for a few intimate, private sessions. Whether you’ve been on a literal pilgrimage or simply navigating your own inner journey, this is a time to gather, release what no longer serves us, and prepare for new beginnings as the solstice approaches.

In these sessions, we’ll be working with a variety of sacred medicines—each with its own unique spirit. Whether you feel called to work with ayahuasca, psilocybin, Bufo, or Kambo, we’ll honor the distinct wisdom each of these plant and animal teachers offers.

🌿 Reflections on a Sacred Weekend Retreat 🌙

This past weekend, we came together for a sacred three-day retreat on a beautiful 270-acre sanctuary by the lake, under the open sky. We began with kambo on Friday, and then we shared 2 days in nature and reflection and two nights of ayahuasca ceremonies on Friday and Saturday, all outdoors around the fire and under the moon.

It was a deeply heartfelt experience, where the sacredness of the land and the power of the medicines, combined with breathwork and yoga, inner child and tension release sessions by Dr Verena Young allowed everyone to open up and explore their inner worlds. The focus on integration and gentle, heartfelt connection made the healing even more profound.

I'm deeply grateful for the community that shared this journey and for the sacred space we created together. 🙏 Special thanks to my beautiful facilitators Davina Peeples and Sanjar Rakhimov I couldn't and wouldn't want to do this without them.
