Good morning, UBC Family! We are looking for some opinions. We are supposed to have our picnic at the Brumley park this Sunday, the 16th, but we are concerned about the heat. So what do you think? Should we do the picnic this Sunday or postpone it for cooler weather?

Thank you to everyone who shared their kids with us this week! We hope they all enjoyed their time with us as much as we enjoyed our time with them!

And thank you to all our volunteers -- the ones who helped little fingers shape crafts, the ones who planned games for a wide range of ages, the ones who taught songs to always moving young ones, the ones who prepared and served sticky drinks and yummy food, and the ones who led and taught each age group with lots of love and laughs. VBS is both an exciting and exhausting time, and we have some of the best people dedicated to making it great every year!

We've had a great week at VBS! Lots of songs, crafts, and food! And we learned that even when our faith is imperfect, God remains faithful to His promises! ❤️

Tonight is Family Night at 7:00.

Remember being a kid at VBS? The sticky drinks? We got 'em. The cookies? We got 'em. The crafts, the songs, the Bible stories? We got those, for sure. The fun? We got that, too! All we need are the kiddos. So bring 'em to us for our Riding the Waves with Jesus VBS, starting tomorrow night at 6:00!

We're almost ready for our VBS! ❤️ Come join us! We'll be Riding the Waves with Jesus, Sunday night thru Tuesday night, 6:00 to 8:00. (Family Night will be Wednesday, July 29, at 7:00.)
