☀️📖 SUMMER IN THE PSALMS 📖☀️

Today, take a few minutes to read Psalm 34 and let God's Word encourage your heart.

"Taste and see that the Lord is good; blessed is the one who takes refuge in Him."

God doesn't invite us to simply hear about His goodness—He invites us to experience it for ourselves.

As you read Psalm 34, ask yourself:
• Where have I seen God's goodness in my life?
• Who needs to be reminded of His faithfulness today?

Read it. Share it. Live it.

And don't keep it to yourself—send Psalm 34 to a friend, family member, or coworker who could use some encouragement this week.

What a powerful Sunday as we continued our Summer in the Psalms series! If you missed Sunday's message

In Psalm 68, we were reminded that God is a faithful Father who fights for His people, cares for the lonely, and invites us into His family. Pastor Matt reminded us, "His faithfulness is not dependent on our faith. He is faithful whether we are obedient or not."

Through the story of Mephibosheth in 2 Samuel 9, we saw a beautiful picture of God's grace. Because of a covenant relationship, Mephibosheth was welcomed to the king's table. In the same way, because of Jesus, we always have a seat at the King's table.

The challenge for all of us: Who are we inviting to the table? Who in our lives needs to know they are seen, loved, and welcomed by Jesus?

No matter where you've been, what you've faced, or how long you've been waiting, God knows where you are, He cares for you, and there is always a place for you in His family.

"He sets the lonely in families." — Psalm 68:6

Yesterday was a great Father’s Day at TCC! We celebrated the men, dads, grandfathers, and father figures who faithfully lead, love, serve, and point others to Jesus.

We were reminded through Psalm 68 that God is a Father to the fatherless and that everyone has a place at His table. What a powerful reminder that we are called to make room for others and invite them into the family of God.

We loved honoring you with aprons and steak seasoning as a reminder that great dads are often found leading, serving, and feeding those they love.

And of course, nothing says summer quite like popsicles after church! 🍧😎

Today, we celebrate the dads, granddads, stepdads, foster dads, and spiritual fathers who faithfully lead, love, provide, encourage, and point others to Jesus.

Thank you for the difference you make every day through your presence, your prayers, your example, and your sacrifice.

And today, we also want to honor the incredible single moms who faithfully fill both roles. Your strength, perseverance, and unwavering love do not go unnoticed. Thank you for all you do for your families.

May God bless every family represented today! Continue raising up men and women who reflect His heart to the next generation.

This Father’s Day, we’re taking time to honor and celebrate the men who lead, serve, provide, pray, encourage, and point their families toward Jesus.

To all the dads, grandfathers, stepdads, father figures, and spiritual fathers—thank you. Your influence matters more than you know.

Summer in the Psalms is not just for Sundays. We encourage you to read a Psalm a day. When we feel weak, He is our strength. When anxiety rises, He speaks peace. When circumstances seem overwhelming, He is our refuge.

No matter what you’re facing, you don’t have to face it alone.

Take a moment to slow down, open your Bible, and let Psalm 46 fill your heart with strength, peace, encouragement, and hope today. ❤️

Your spouse.

You never know what God might do through a simple invitation.

It's going to be a fun morning as we worship, learn from God's Word, and discover that we're all part of God's family.
