As announced this morning. There will be a special time of reading the Word, prayer and fasting this Wednesday for our upcoming Vacation Bible School (June 8-12) and our church. No meal will be served at 5:30 but everyone is encouraged to attend at 6:30 for this special gathering.

Here is an excerpt from an article I read today by Bob Rickford titled Real Threats To Our Convention of Churches. Are we willing as a church to ask:
1. What does God want for us?
2. What does His Word say?
3. What does the life of Jesus require of us?
4. Are we willing to surrender?
5. Are we willing to surrender our preferences?
6. Are we willing to receive correction?
7. Are we willing to follow faithful leadership?
8. Are we willing to recover our burden of people far from God?
