Student Ministry of Cross Brand Cowboy Church - Tyler Texas The dictionary defines SACRED as ‘set apart for a holy purpose’.

The SPUR is an important piece of tack for every cowboy, used to ‘encourage’ a horse’s performance. Hebrews 10:24-25
And let us consider how we may spur one another on toward love and good deeds. Let us not give up meeting together, as some are in the habit of doing, but let us encourage one another – and all the more as you see the day approaching. As Christians, we are ‘set apart for a holy purpose’ and we are called to ‘spur’ each other along and encourage fellow believers to continue to live the life that Christ has called us to live. Here at Cross Brand Cowboy Church, the Sacred Spur Youth Team strives to be a group of students that continually live in a way that is glorifying to Jesus Christ, encouraging one another to be a part of all that God has for us.

Cross Brand has a BRAND NEW upcoming Ministry!

Greenbriar Nursing Home and Rehab Center Volunteer Program. We are needing volunteers for 1-2 hours once a month to come and visit with the residents. We are hoping the Children’s Deptartment and Youth Group would volunteer to help with a craft or an activity the 2nd Sunday of each month, Starting September 13, 2026 from 2-3 pm!

Materials will be provided along with cookies and punch. Parents are welcome to help. To find out more about the volunteer ministry call Teresa MacFall at 993-571-8595.

A HUGE thanks to everyone who supported our Bake Sale yesterday! It was a huge success. Wether you made a delicious goodie or gave a donation, it is also necessary to help our sweet kiddos go to camp. We are blessed beyond measure and excited to see what the Lord will do at camp this year!

How do you sign up?
Step #1: Fill out the student registration/waiver using this link: https://studentlifecampsui.prod.lifeway.com/StudentLife/AttendeeFormsIndex

Step #2: Go to cbcctx.org -> give -> purchase
There you will select “Youth Camp”, enter the amount you are able to give at that time and write your child’s name under “add a message”
*NOTE SPONSORS, you can help a child go to camp by using the steps above to give a camp donation*

Step #3: Keona will email you a parent pack with more information!!!

Due to refreezing road conditions, we are canceling our Wednesday service for everyone’s safety along with our campus' ongoing hosting of first responders from across the state as they continue to serve during this weather event.
