“The Lord has sworn and will not change his mind, 'you are a priest (bishop) forever after the order of Melchizedek'” -Psalm 110,4-

On this day, November 28, 2012, Monsignor Joseph Strickland from Tyler TX was installed as a bishop by late Pope Benedict the XVI, his last choice as bishop to be included in the episcopal order.

Let’s celebrate this special day and pray for our faithful shepherd so that he may continue to guide us and steer our entire Church onto the right path by his example and strenuous teachings.
