As Christians we live in the tension of being Already and Not Yet people. We recognize that the Kingdom of God is at hand because of the work of Jesus on the cross. However, we are uniquely aware of the brokenness all around us. And so, we take part in the work of God to bring Heaven to Earth through everyday acts of faithfulness. Every moment is another chance to bring glory to God!

Something we often forget is the real reason why Jesus came to earth. He came to make dead people alive. It is so easy for us to become distracted and lose sight of this when we are constantly worried about getting everything else “right” rather than trusting God. Following Jesus isn’t always orderly or comfortable. When we walk by the Spirit we never know where God will lead us.
