Happy Midsummer! We had a lovely time celebrating together. Tribal strength grows, six men helped carry out the ash may pole selected by our chieftain, Jim Rogers. The women selected beautiful flowers and vines with which to decorate the may pole. Our young tribal neophytes participated in these sacred tasks as well. Feasts were had, frith was strengthened, and we all benefited from being part of a tribal ceremony. May the ancestors, land spirits, and gods smile on our actions. May the tribal farms grow bountiful crops. May the abundance of wild foods reach our homes. May the tribal luck flow.
