God gives each and every human being unique talents and gifts. Our IHM community is made up of a variety of different ministries, each of which help and serve our parish and desert community in all ways. These are a few ministries currently at our parish, but we are always welcome to new ministries and ideas to better serve and provide for the needs of our community. ALTAR SERVER MINISTRY - Provides boys and girls with the opportunity to learn more about their faith and to begin to build a foundation of evangelization and stewardship by serving at Mass and other liturgical functions. Some of the goals include: enhancing the servers’ understanding of liturgy and services to the faith community, giving each server opportunities to serve at various liturgical functions, encouraging them to consider a vocation to the priesthood or religious life, instilling in them a life-long desire & commitment of service to the Church. Children who are in the 2nd grade and up and who have received First Holy Communion are eligible. Parents who would like their children to serve at the altar may contact Ron Bridges.

ART & ENVIRONMENT MINISTRY - Maintains the integrity of the seasons of Ordinary Time, Advent, Christmas, Lent, and Easter. We work to create a worship space conducive to prayer and centered on the Eucharistic celebration. People with God given talents and gifts such as artists, craft people, designers, sewers, gardeners, florists, woodworkers and other skills are needed to build a strong Art & Environment Team. Our work is intended to inspire all who enter the Church building, "how lovely is your dwelling place, O Lord, mighty God!” (Psalm 84:1)”

CATHOLIC WOMEN MINISTRY - Gives an opportunity to all Catholic Women on board the Combat Center to come together once a week to learn more about their faith through training and sharing. It is also an opportunity for the women to share their gifts and talents to help the Church during Liturgical Feasts and yearly Special Events.
