You don’t know what God is up to behind the scenes of your life. You don’t know how close you are to a breakthrough. It is no accident you are where you are. And it is not necessarily a problem that you are not where you assume you ought to be. God is very much in control. He works all things to the good of those who are “called according to his purpose” (Romans 8:28). His vision for your life is his purpose.

God is using your circumstances to prepare you to accomplish his vision for your life. Your present circumstances are part of the vision. You are not wasting your time. You are not spinning your wheels. You are not wandering in the wilderness. If you are “seeking first” his kingdom where you are, then where you are is where he has positioned you. And he has positioned you there with a purpose in mind. Like Nehemiah, it may be difficult for you to make the connection at this point. But in time, it will come together. It always does.

Yall ask how is our faith based,

our faith is not in faith itself, it’s not in a symbol, or a ritual…our faith is in the person of Jesus Christ. We don’t need to wear a lucky charm, or have a special scarf prayed for by a preacher, our faith is not based on an object but in Jesus Christ. John 3:16 says “For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son that whosoever believes in Him…shall not perish but will have everlasting life.” Our trust lies with Jesus.

Your thought is one of the most precious gifts God gives us. It is a part of the free will God has granted us. God gave us a mind, a brain to think for ourselves. When we have a thought it’s on us. Now we as Christians need to pray that our thoughts and our actions on guided by the Holy Spirit. Pray every day that he protects your thoughts. Pray every day he guides your path. But the ultimate decision is ours. To follow down the path of the Great I am or go down one that is false fake and full of lies.
Proverbs 4:26 says “Give careful thought to the paths of your feet and be steadfast in all your ways.”

When I look back at my life, and ask myself why GOD allowed this bad thing to happen to me, now I know and I put on a smile and rejoice in GOD because it had made me stronger with full endurance in and through Him. We can't say that we're strong until we're tested, until then if we can say we're strong when we're weak then that's about it, we have learned to trust GOD alone in our bad circumstances as well as the good. It's easy to trust GOD when we have money, we have high position in a company but how about if these are all absent, can we fully say that we trust Him? So GOD allows all things : good and bad to pass to our lives to make us stronger people of GOD. And don't worry, it's just a test, GOD will not allow us to be overcomed by it.

It is difficult to be ready. You see, life tests us. It’s so easy to abandon the faith and to fall into the trap of thinking that Jesus and the things that He points to are irrelevant. Hey, who needs to get up early for Sunday School and Worship? Isn’t it better to stay warm in bed? No! That’s being asleep at the wheel spiritually. The sound of the last trumpet will surely shock the one slumbers like that.
Preparation also means to resist the temptation to minimize or ridicule Jesus’ promise that He will return. The Apostle Peter writes that unbelievers will say, “Where is this ‘coming’ he promised?” (2 Pet 3:3). People live as though the world will never end, and as if they had no God to answer. Luke the evangelist writes: “Just as it was in the days of Noah, so also will it be in the days of the Son of Man. People were eating, drinking, marrying and being given in marriage up to the day Noah entered the ark. Then the flood came and destroyed them all. (Luke 17:26–27) Wow, what a scary prospect.

Here is a popular question that causes a lot of discussion, “Is there life after death?” And the answer is Yes, yes there is. More than you might realize. As hard as it is to explain, I believe that the spiritual life is more realistic than the physical life, the spirit is eternal the body is temporal. Heaven and Hell are so real that it will make this life seem like a dream. Our life is a v***r that vanishes as quickly as it appeared. In light of eternity it was a mere blink, a short dream. A dream you will either long to have back, like the rich man; or one you are glad is over with, like Lazarus. You might be tempted to think how can a good God send someone to hell. The answer is he doesn't. t isn't the fault of God that men refuse to open themselves – their minds, their hearts, their souls to him. He knocks at your door but you keep it shut and you refuse to let him in. Conviction reminds you that a Savior is at your doorstep but you leave him waiting. He won't force his love or his salvation on you, because he respects your decision, you have to decide to receive it.

From the cradle to the grave, pain and despair come to us like waves of the ocean. If you’re between a wave right now, be thankful! But chances are another wave is on the way–that’s life. Nobody is immune from the pain of a broken heart. The Bible says nobody is immune from trouble. The Psalmist observed, “The length of our days is seventy years–or eighty, if we have the strength; yet their span is but trouble and sorrow, for they quickly pass, and we fly away.” (Psalm 90:10

God extends His grace to those who are broken. He gives strength to those who have nothing left. He gives power to those who have been wounded. He gives courage to those who have to face fear. God gives us His undeserved blessing when we need it the most. He gives us His amazing grace.

The majority of people in our day could care less that our culture is growing increasingly immoral. They do not care that Jesus is blasphemed and God is expelled from our society. They have no motivation to take a stand when our freedoms are taken away. They are quick to call us bigots and judgmental when we take a stand for Christ. They reject the Gospel and they reject Christ. As a result they will mock, scorn and persecute those who follow Him.

You see, it’s the devil’s business to cause you to think that God has forsaken you.

When trials come, it is his nature to place thoughts in your head such as the question, “Where is God?”

“Where is your God now?”

But put your confidence and trust in a loving God. He will never leave or forsake you. He has a plan for your life regardless of how dark it may be.
He still has plans to mold you into a vessel he can use for his glory.
He is much aware of all your pain and anxieties. He is aware of your loneliness. He is aware of the trials you face each and every day. He knows about your family troubles. He knows about your finances. He knows about your heartbreak. He knows how you feel inside, really he does!
And he is right there with you. Just reach out to him. Draw nigh to God and he will draw nigh unto you.
