BBIC is 100% donor supported? All donations go directly for the support of the ministry. The board of directors are all volunteers who have a love and passion for the people of Guatemala. BBIC does have paid staff in Guatemala that are tasked with the care of the children in the foster home, maintenance of the City of Refuge, and administrative duties of both.
