We bless the Lord for His grace and mercy! He sent His Word and healed us! Thank God for using Pastor Garner in a mighty way during our Sunday services.

Many of us have been or have become a victim of spiritual foolishness. We hear the Word, and we read the Word, but we have no understanding of the Word. The Word tells us to get wisdom because it is the principle thing; however, without understanding, the wisdom will be of non-effect.

The Word tells us to acknowledge God and also to trust in the Lord. We are not to lean to our own understanding; therefore, we need a guide. God will give you someone to lead and guide you - someone to feed you with knowledge and understanding.

Why not ask Him for guidance today? Why not ask Him for understanding today? He will plant you somewhere where you can get rooted so that you can grow. Your growth will come through understanding. Get understanding!

Scripture text: I Peter 5:6-10
Saints lack humility, submission, and obedience. We don't like like to suffer in this walk. We won't come to Jesus. We won't honor leadership though obedience. We want things to be over with quickly in our lives. However, Jesus suffered. In fact, Jesus learned obedience through the things He suffered. Suffering brings character. If we want to be like Jesus, let's be willing to suffer a while.
