We praise God for today’s worship as Elder Marsh Wade welcomed us. Elder Harold Threadgill also celebrated the children with a delightful assortment of Easter baskets. In addition, the Men’s Chorus touched us, Mrs. Kimberly Maternik-Piret moved us on the violin, and Ms. SiAmbria Cabbil stirred our hearts with a solo, accompanied nicely by Rev. Lori Maxey. The sermon encourages us to remain faithful even when things seem hard and thankless. Jesus will show up with us, just as he did for Mary Magdalene that first Easter morning.
