Woodland Forest Church is excited to partner with the West Alabama Food Bank to offer Senior Food Boxes for adults age 60 and older in our community! ❤️

These monthly food boxes are designed to help provide supplemental groceries and support to qualifying senior adults.

To participate:
✅ Complete the interest form below
✅ Meet program eligibility and income requirements
✅ Attend a required registration appointment
✅ Once approved, pick up your food box monthly at Woodland Forest Church during designated pickup times

If you or someone you know may benefit from this program, please complete the Google Form linked below. Completing the form does not guarantee approval but helps us begin the registration process.
