Wednesday Morning Prayer Call

Romans 8:14–17

“For as many as are led by the Spirit of God, they are the sons of God.”

Paul reminds us that there are many people who may pretend to be children of God, but a true child of God will always stand out. When you are led by the Spirit of God, there should be something different about the way you live, the way you love, the way you respond, and the way you treat others.

God wants us to walk in our inheritance!

But before we can walk in our inheritance, we must first accept who we are and whose we are. We must be willing to surrender our lives to God, accept Jesus Christ as our Savior, and be baptized as an outward expression of our faith and new life in Christ.

Once we truly understand who we are and whose we are, we can begin to walk confidently in what God has promised us.

You are not an orphan.
You are not forgotten.
You are not without purpose.

YOU ARE A CHILD OF THE KING!

So today, walk with your head held high. Walk knowing that you belong to God. Walk knowing that you have an inheritance. Walk knowing that you are loved, chosen, and covered by your Heavenly Father.

Don't walk beneath your identity—walk in it!

Monday Morning Prayer Call
Genesis 13:8–9

You and I, like Lot, will be faced with major decisions throughout our lives. The question is: How will we make those decisions?

Lot made a decision based on what looked best to him. Abraham, however, looked to the Lord and trusted God to lead him.

Abraham understood that he could not depend solely on what he saw. He depended on God and trusted His guidance.

What is your process when making decisions?
Do you make decisions based on what looks good, feels right, or seems best to you? Or do you seek God first and allow Him to lead you?

Appearances can be deceiving. What looks like the best choice may not always be God's best for your life.

Today, look to God for His guidance. God knows the plans He has for your life. He knows what is best for you, even when you cannot see it for yourself.

As you face decisions this week, seek God, trust God, and allow God to lead you. His direction will always be better than what simply looks good to us.

May the blessings of the Lord rest upon each of you.

Wednesday Morning Prayer Call

John 20:24–29

Thomas seemed to doubt the other disciples. He wanted to see for himself and be sure that Jesus was truly alive.

The disciples had locked themselves in a room. Sometimes, we can find ourselves locked in rooms of our own—stuck in poor relationships, unhealthy friendships, poor health, difficult situations, or circumstances that seem impossible to escape. But what is impossible for us is not impossible for God. God can unlock what has kept us bound.

Jesus walked right into that room.

And I want to remind you this morning: No matter what your situation looks like, keep the faith!

Don't doubt Jesus. Stand boldly in your faith, trust His Word, and believe that He is still working—even when you can't see it.

The same Jesus who walked into that locked room can walk right into your situation. He can make a way where there seems to be no way, open doors that have been closed, and smooth out the roads ahead of you.

Keep believing. Keep trusting. Keep standing. God is still in control!

1 Samuel 3:1–10

Can You Discern the Voice of God?

Samuel had to learn the voice of the Lord. He was in the presence of God, but he still had to learn how to recognize when God was speaking to him.

You can attend church, surround yourself with church people, and still not know the voice of God for yourself. We must each develop a personal relationship with God so that we can recognize His voice.

If you want God to move you forward this week, you must be willing to listen to His voice.

Sometimes we are so busy that we don't take the time to be still. Still yourself long enough to hear and distinguish what God is saying to you.

Don't just hear His voice—obey it.

When God calls, respond like Samuel:

“Speak, Lord, for your servant is listening.”

This week, ask God to quiet every distraction, give you clarity, and help you recognize His voice above every other voice.

Hear His voice. Trust His direction. Obey His Word.

May today be the best day of your life!
