We had 64 souls in worship Sunday morning and 13 youth at youth group Sunday evening. We continued our sermon series "Hearing from the Lord", considering how we hear and receive a rebuke from the Lord by looking at David's story in 2 Samuel 12.

Men, have you got game? Doesn't matter! Stick around after church for some fellowship. Prizes to be awarded.

65(ish, I lost count) souls gathered yesterday to dwell upon the scriptures and worship the Lord. We looked at Elijah in 1 Kings 19 (NIV) and considered things that try to displace the voice of God on our lives. Read 2 Samuel 11 & 12 for next week.

God is good. Almost 2 years into our 3-year campaign to raise $75,000 to replace the church siding, we only lack $9400 to meet our goal. Praise be to God, and many thanks to all who've contributed. Almost there! (AI generated image in Microsoft Word).

Turin Tractor Pull Bake Sale Update: The Tractor Pull leadership has called the event off for Saturday. If you already baked for the bake sale (like I did), hopefully you can freeze it. They are going to try and reschedule for a weekend in the spring.

Many thanks to Michael, Russel, Tucker, and Paula who helped as special musical guests during worship this past Sunday. We had 84 in attendance in the morning at 16 teenagers in the evening at youth group. This week's sermon continued our series "Hearing from the Lord" with a look at 1 Samuel 3. Give it a listen as we explore the concept of learning to hear. Homecoming is next week, bring a covered dish to share for the fellowship meal.
