Although "By Royal Decree" Children's Ministry is not currently active full time, we continue to celebrate the enduring legacy that David W Smith left behind. His heart for reaching children with the love of Jesus, his talent for creating themed experiences and his creative genius will never be forgotten.
His wife, Jackie Smith and his children carry with them all the amazing memories of 26 years in full-time ministry on the road and in service to churches as children's pastors.
Jackie continues to serve in many capacities of ministry.
She is thankful for opportunities to share her story of love, faith & hope, as well as pouring into children's ministry leaders through training and encouragement.

Thank you for your continued prayers for Jackie and her family.
Dave is missed terribly every single day, yet we know that he is having the time of his life worshipping his Creator, and adventuring throughout the Kingdom of Heaven!

David & Jackie Smith serve full time as the Children's Pastors at The Rock Family Worship Center, Huntsville, Alabama with Pastors Rusty and Leisa Nelson.
This month they celebrate 20 years in full time ministry! ~ This summer they will be ministering with By Royal Decree Children's ministry in Florida, Texas and Kentucky.
