We are sad to announce that on December 21st, 2021, Coven of the Ancient Grove closed its doors. We had an amazing seven years serving the pagan community and are deeply grateful for all the support we got over the years. While we will no longer be active on this page, we invite you to follow our former priestesses in their new projects here on Facebook and across their other social media platforms.

As Pagan we have a duty to care for wild places. Now the Boundary Waters need our help.
The Boundary Waters Canoe Area Wilderness that stretches between Minnesota and Canada has been named one of the “top 50 places of a lifetime” by National Geographic Traveler. These boundary waters are an amazing source of biodiversity in the United Sates and one of the few places left in the country without light pollution. A mining company is currently seeking permission from our government to install a copper mine next to this wilderness area. If this happens it would destroy the waters, damage the biodiversity, and cause massive amounts of light pollution. Please write to the current administration and let them know that you think these boundary waters are worth protecting; there are only three weeks left in the 90 day public comment period, and if there is enough support it would buy this amazing wilderness at least 20 more years. The Pagan community has lost a beautiful light. Yesterday, Lisa Peschel author of A Practical Guide To The Runes: Their Uses in Divination and Magick, passed through the vail. Lisa was an artist, writer, and Pagan of the Wiccan Tradition. She actively served to educate the general public about Pagan spirituality in addition to divinatory practices and herbalism. Her passion for The Runes and Mythology was infectious and anyone who had the pleasure to talk to her would find a wealth of knowledge and humor. A breast cancer survivor and single mother, Lisa was an all around bad ass.
She is survived by her son Dylan and will be fondly remembered by her friends and students.
Our deepest condolences go out to Lisa’s family and friends.
