IPC, the acronym of the International Praying Community, a 24 hours, 7 days a week 365 days a year Prayer team. It’s an international, interdenominational prayer team of praying communities ranging from a single person in a community to a group of persons. It all on Campus in 1996 October; the Lord called out a student and through him organized groups of students to start prayer watches which have
grown over the years into many nations of the world. For more than a decade and a half, the International Praying Community prayer watches have continued unbroken, impacting locations of the world including countries like China, Russia, South Africa and India, reaching out to the souls in the USA, Europe, Africa and Australia not leaving out Latin America. Along the way, this unusual prayer meeting has given rise to numerous new initiatives, communities and ministries particularly focusing on the poor, the marginalized, students and those outside the reach of normal expressions of church. We are not restricted by boundaries of nation for the earth is the Lords and the governments of nations are under HIS command. Thanks to an innovative approach to spirituality and culture IPC has been gaining grounds as revival is no longer seen as a church thing, but a community and family thing. A kind of revival in which the members of our households are willing to join the prayer chain and wait in prayers for a minute or two, for hours unstopped.
