Have you ever looked around and thought to yourself, "I'm the only one with problems. Everyone else's life is perfect!" That's just simply not true. We try to hide our problems and what's really going on in our hearts and minds. God knows what's going on in there! He wants you to release it to Him! We went to our JBF (ladies) Retreat this weekend, and two perfectly normal looking people shared the devastation that happened in their lives, starting at childhood. They were abused, they were introduced very early in their lives to horrible things, they made a lot of wrong choices that led to a lot of pain and chaos, but God ... ! Their lives look so much different because they chose to let Jesus heal them and bring them to freedom! Today, they are brave and willing to share their testimony so others have hope! Whatever holds you down, whatever hinders you, whatever voice is telling you that it will never be okay, shut it down! So many of us are living proof that God has plans for us and will bring those plans to pass when we simply surrender completely to Him! "So if the Son sets you free, you will be free indeed." John 8:36. Praying for you all today! Praying that you are released from the things of your past. Praying that you are set free and are full of joy and peace! Want to talk? Contact me!
