Here is a quick reminder for anyone walking through recovery.
Addiction doesn’t care about your age, your past, or how strong you look. It starts quietly, then becomes a chain.
Willpower alone is not enough. Healing is not instant. Freedom is not always a straight line.
But here’s the truth:
Jesus does not avoid the broken.
Jesus does not shame the struggling.
Jesus still heals. Jesus still restores.
“He whom the Son sets free is free indeed.” John 8:36
If you’re fighting today, you are not too far gone.
You are not weak for needing help.
You are still chosen.
Freedom begins with surrender.
