Saint John's Episcopal Church

Saint John's Episcopal Church Saint John’s Episcopal Church is a place & community of faith. We ask that you observe three rules online: Love Jesus. Love people. Be kind.

We are always striving to inspire, empower and lead those that we serve to new life in Jesus Christ. Saint John’s is a vibrant Episcopal Church of approximately 900 individuals residing throughout Tulsa and the surrounding area. We believe it is important that persons of faith with different backgrounds and viewpoints unite to serve Christ in a spirit of mutual love and respect. At Saint John’s, t

his is what we are prayerfully endeavoring to do. Our Mission Statement:

At Saint John’s Church, "We love because God first loved us." This verse from 1 John 4:19 reminds us that God shares love with us in countless ways, and our proper response is to love God back, to love one another, and to love our neighbors in the world in which we live.

Grant us, O Lord, to trust in you with all our hearts; for, as you always resist the proud who confide in their own strength, so you never forsake those who make their boast of your mercy; through Jesus Christ our Lord, who lives and reigns with you and the Holy Spirit, one God, now and for ever. Amen.

We look forward to seeing everyone for the 2026 Saint John’s Rally Day & Ministry Fair on Sunday, Sept. 13!

Parishioners, neighbors, and friends are all invited to join us following the 10 am service. Celebrating the many ways to connect, serve, learn, and grow in Christ at Saint John’s in honor of our 75th Anniversary!

This year, Rally Day is all about experiencing ministry! Instead of simply visiting ministry tables, you’ll have the opportunity to experience our ministries hands-on. We invite you to try something new, meet the people who make our ministries happen, and discover where you might find your own place to connect.

Friendly Farms Petting Zoo is back! And because Ministry Fairs are always better with good food, we’ll have tacos from El Ranchero’s taco truck and delicious Mexican pastries from Pancho Anaya to enjoy as we gather.

Dr. Zach and Hank invite you to join us this Sunday. At Evensong this week, we are featuring a new choral arrangement of the famous American folk hymn “What wondrous love is this?” This setting has a uniquely mysterious and lilting quality. Here is a preview of this mystical setting. We hope you will join us at 5:30pm this Sunday when we offer it.
