While Summer Kids Camp is keeping the John 3:16 Mission Family Youth Center buzzing, our youth have been making the most of their summer too!

From graphic design and cooking classes to art projects, Pod Wars, and learning more about the life of Moses, our students are growing, creating, competing, and building friendships every week.

We love seeing our youth discover new skills, strengthen their faith, and have fun.

A little time at the pond was well deserved. 🎣

Today, the men in our New Creation residential recovery program who serve through work experience at the Refuge Farm & Ranch were rewarded with a morning of fishing, snacks, and fellowship.

It was a chance to step away from the daily routine, enjoy God's creation, and spend time building the brotherhood that makes recovery possible.

This week, members of our team traveled to Grand Rapids, Michigan, for the Citygate Network Annual Conference & Exposition.

Centered on the theme "All for Love" from 1 John 4:21, the conference brought together faith-based rescue missions and ministries from across the country for a time of learning, encouragement, and connection.

We are grateful for the opportunity to collaborate with others who share a passion for serving those in need and transforming lives through the love of Christ. As we return to Tulsa, we're excited to put new ideas into action and continue strengthening the programs and services that help our neighbors find hope, healing, and a fresh start.

A fresh haircut, a manicure, and a reminder that you are valued can go a long way when rebuilding your life. ✂️

We were grateful to welcome our friends from Jenks Beauty College back to The Refuge to serve our residential recovery students and day program guests. Through experiences like haircuts, manicures, and facials, these amazing students helped our people feel seen, cared for, and confident.

Recently, the women of the Refresh day program at The Refuge participated in Cardboard Testimonies, sharing where they once were and who they are today in Christ.

Through stories of struggle, healing and redemption, these women reflected on God's faithfulness and the life-changing work He continues to do every day.

Today was the first day of Summer Kids Camp at the FYC! ☀️🎉

Hundreds of kids from across Tulsa filled the building with energy, excitement, and plenty of smiles as we kicked off what’s sure to be an amazing summer. Huge thanks to our volunteers, staff, teachers, and summer interns who prepared and made day one a success!

🌾 What a night! 🩵 Our 3rd Annual Growing Hope: Farm to Table Experience was an incredible evening at the Refuge Farm & Ranch.

Guests enjoyed a delicious meal featuring ingredients grown right here on the farm and every part of the evening reminded us what can happen when community comes together with a shared purpose.
