We are honored to welcome special guest speaker Gary “Shark” Runyon with us!

Gary is the President of Los Discipulos MM and creator of the “Diving In” podcast — a podcast dedicated to teaching the Word of God through deep, verse-by-verse study of Scripture. His passion is helping people truly understand God’s Word and grow deeper in their walk with Christ.

Addiction doesn’t just destroy the addict.
It leaves entire families grieving people who are still alive.

But even in the middle of prison, brokenness, and years of silence… God was still writing a redemption story.

This is why testimony matters.
This is why recovery matters.
This is why we talk about the hard things at Cognizant Church.

Because somebody out there is still waiting on THAT phone call.
And somebody else needs to know restoration is still possible. 🔥

Before they were even old enough to drive.

We drug them through chaos.
Through addiction.
Through brokenness.
Through wounds they never asked for.

What we thought was “love” was actually pain, trauma, survival, addiction, pride, and destruction all tangled together.

But God.
